Tammi + Ben: Expecting A Girl

I met Tammi and Ben while photographing Elly and Graham's wedding two year ago. They were in the bridal party, Graham and Ben are identical twins.

I still remember clearly during the tea ceremony, Ben and Graham's mother gently touched Elly's head and said:" 早点生个孙子给我抱！(which means I can't wait to have a grand children)"

When Tammi contacted me about doing a maternity photoshoot, I thought she was planning this photoshoot as a gift for Elly, who was  pregnant. Tammi then told me that she herself is pregnant too! I am thrilled to hear about the news! Both twins are having daughters at the same year! I am sure the grandparents are very happy. 

I always remember Tammi as one of the best sister-in-laws. She was so helpful at Elly's wedding and I liked her alot and felt so honoured to be able to do a maternity photo shoot for her and Ben.

Dear Tammi and Ben, I pray that you will have a smooth birth without any complication, and I am sure you will have a 肥肥白白 beautiful little angel.

McCaela Turns Two!

This little angel turns two years old today. 

The weather is rather cold and windy today at 24 degree Celsius today, compared to her warm 37 degree Celsius birthday last year.

We were all wearing white dresses last year, and this year we decided to go for black dresses, more classy for McCaela's second birthday. What's next year? A swimsuit party? I think that's a great idea! 

This little angel can now run, laugh and play hard. McCaela loves her little brother, Jarrod. It's so amazing to see how babies interact with each other: basically touching each other's face and shouting. As McCaela grows taller, her little brother grows bigger. Jarrod is almost the same size as McCaela, although he is 1.5 years younger than her. A strong little boy he is.

I love how McCaela grows up surrounded by dogs, one of the first words that she learnt to say was: dog! duck! And no! Just few weeks before her second birthday, she could call my name: "We We!" Ah, how far we have witnessed her growth under her parents' great love and protection.

When I was babysitting her, McCaela would request me to draw a duck on her drawing board, for more than 15 times in a row. One thing that I love about her is when we started to sing her nursery rhythms, "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" for example, her eyes grows and she sits still to sing along with us. She could mostly sing the first and the last note (very loudly), and do the star signs that she learnt from childcare centre. So cute! 

It was a simple tea party in our apartment's backyard. Jin Yuan made two beautiful chocolate mud cakes for her little angel.

Dear McCaela, aunty Wei Wei decided she won't buy you any presents, but she will capture the sweet memories at every single of your coming birthdays, until you say no more to her. Happy Birthday little McCaela! Thank you for being so adorable!
